Preview and local tools
The standalone preview does not send form data to a server. Local tools process your text in the page; they do not call an AI service, record audio or scan websites. Downloaded notes are saved only when you choose the download action.
Connected application
When the local backend is used, enquiries, topic requests, feedback and event interests are saved in that site’s database. Email verification creates time-limited authentication records. Administrator access must be protected.
Service providers and permission
Connecting payments, email, calendar, anti-abuse or hosted video services may share relevant data with those providers. Publication of names, original feedback or video requires a separate review of permissions.
